FREE MINI ZINES
Whether you’re looking to deepen your connection with your surroundings, or you’re a parent or carer that wants to add a touch of creativity to your adventures, I’m excited to share these with you.
This collection of pocket size Zines have been designed to encourage creativity and connection through exploration at a slower pace and looking in more detail at everyday life. Prompts like these have helped ground me in tricky times; a way to connect to something solid within my surroundings, and also in joyful times; creating extra celebration. Designing a series has given me a creative outlet that works with, and is inspired by my local natural and geographical environment. So, it’s something I thought would be fun to share; passing on a mini slice of creativity and connection.
Each edition explores a different topic, so far:
• The Beach
• The South Downs
• Church visit
• Make Your Own (a template for you own zine!)
These zines are made with children in mind, but are really for all ages to enjoy. They’re black and white so can be easily printed at home on A4 paper, with a pop of colour on the cover to help you fold into a little 8-page mini zine (don’t worry, I include a simple folding guide!). Each one is designed to offer a spark creative inspiration - but without feeling overwhelming. The current editions are inspired by the world around me, but there are plenty more on the way.

BEACH EDITION
What’s in the Beach Edition? This zine is packed with seaside-inspired creativity: a touch of pebble folklore, playful shape exploration, a gull to cut out and colour, and a neat little viewfinder to help you zoom in on colour and pattern. There’s even a section to tuck away your mini beach treasures. Worth allowing a few minutes prep time to fold your zine and snip out the viewfinder - and then you’re all set. I can’t wait for you to start folding!

SOUTH DOWNS EDITION
What’s in the South Downs Edition? This zine is full of South Downs-inspired creativity - think Sussex folklore, curious facts about the landscape, and playful shape prompts to help you look a little closer. There’s space to explore your own colour and pattern ideas, plus a couple of activities to spark your imagination and connect with the world around you.
